For the last eight years, Vienna-raised, Berlin-based DJ/producer Arthur Robert has been releasing on labels such as Figure, Amotik and The Third Room, also teaching sound design and music production. His dancefloor-oriented music is a contemporary, purist interpretation of a classic Detroit-influenced techno style, often punctuated with breaks and elements of electro. Pakistan-born, Canada-based DJ Measure Divide is back with us after an eight-year absence. As the founder of the long-running party series FORMAT, he is one of the driving forces of the Toronto techno scene. His tracks, released on Cleric's label Clergy, are marked by playfulness and experimentation, paired with a penchant for crunch and distortion. Making his Berghain premiere is Quiet Husband, the techno alias of Richie Culver, a artist traversing painting, music, performance and photography, exploring themes of labor, identity and mental illness.
