Klubnacht

Since 2010, Tel Aviv duo Red Axes, made up of Dori Sadovnik and Niv Arzi, have been producing an infectious mix of post-punk, new wave and club sounds from different eras. They have shared a passion for music since their school days, something they pursued in various bands, and to this day, they maintain a preference for a live-jam, unpolished sound. Especially on their last two albums for Dark Entries and fabric Originals, they mix goth, new wave, techno, cowbell disco and acid-heavy rockabilly grooves. Red Axes will be playing live at Säule for Klubnacht. Making her Berghain debut is Spanish DJ Dinamite, who has lived in Berlin since 2012, runs the Onna Bushi label, and curates the New Faces party series at Tresor – a long-standing platform for promoting up-and-coming DJ talent. Ivano Tetelepta from the Netherlands will be DJing at the Panorama Bar for the first time. As a former member of various breakdance crews, he puts a b-boy spin on his chill house and dub techno productions, as can be heard on his most recent, solid album Veldhuizen, which he released in 2022 on the label he co-runs, ESHU.
