US-born, Japan-based musician and sound designer Erik Luebs approaches techno with a playfully disruptive technique, reinterpreting the fundamentals using built-from-scratch patches and labyrinthine sequencing. Tonight he will make his Berlin debut on Berghain's most intimate dancefloor. Also playing live is Ecuadorian producer Nicola Cruz, whose productions are influenced by the rhythms of his Andean ancestors. Appearing on labels like Optimo Music, TraTraTrax and Fabric, his tracks have resonated on dancefloors across the globe.
