Alva Noto

Carsten Nicolai (Alva Noto) will play a special concert at Berghain – his first appearance in Berlin after five years.

Renowned for his meticulously crafted audiovisual performances, Nicolai will present a set that channels his signature minimalist precision and rhythmic intensity. The performance will weave together percussive material from HYbr:ID (2021), the UNI series, and selections from PARA—a new body of work exploring evolving sonic patterns and generative structures. As with all Alva Noto audiovisual performances, the show will be accompanied by large-scale LED visuals. A rare homecoming within one of Berlin’s most iconic spaces.
