With his album Isola, Norwegian producer NML delivered a sonically impressive return late last year via Téllé, the label that brought a breath of fresh air to dancefloors in the late 90s with releases by Röyksopp, Annie and Bjørn Torske. Influenced by the texture of Andy Stott, NML layers unstable analog sounds over precise rhythmic architecture. He'll be playing a live set on the Säule floor for this edition of Klubnacht. One floor up, the likes of Wata Igarashi will be taking the reins: the Japanese artist is a master of psychedelic techno, whose characteristic crystalline arpeggios and almost surgical precision of his transitions create a sort of cosmic drama. Above at Panorama Bar, Four Tet breaks with any genre restrictions: Kieran Hebden's sets are usually eclectic journeys ranging from elements of garage to spiritual jazz and unconventional house. In recent years, Hebden has made some interesting twists in his already wide-ranging career. On the one hand, he has released meditative, mystical ambient albums, major players big-name acts Fred again... and Skrillex.
