South Korean artist Cosmo, now based in Berlin, is known for a hypnotic flow that effortlessly combines deeper variations of house with Balearic nuances and subtle rhythms. Since his groundbreaking mixtape 100% Galcher, New Yorker Galcher Lustwerk has epitomized a subgenre all his own. His signature productions and sets embed dusty, jazzy lo-fi deep house foundations within a post-hip-hop atmosphere carried by unhurried spoken-word vocal fragments. Rounding out this edition of Klubnacht at Panorama Bar is Vienna-based DJ and social scientist Rumi von Baires. The Argentine-born artist moves effortlessly between classic house and breaks in his sets, drawing on organic Afro-Latin American rhythms and elements of queer ballroom culture.
