Thailand-based DJ/producer Sunju Hargun is known as co-founder of Siamese Twins Records and for his releases on other labels such as Transmigration in Berlin. His DJ set promises a wide spectrum of techno, from acid to minimal and deep trance, with psychedelic influences and ambient interludes. Joining him will be US-born, Japan-based musician and sound designer Erik Luebs. Eschewing typical techno tropes, Luebs reinterprets the genre with a playfully disruptive technique using custom-made patches and complex sequencing, as heard on his releases for Kompakt and The Bunker New York – and in his live set tonight, a sprawling three and a half hours in length.
